Hiking through a rainforest in the rain is quite the adventure. And this opportunity is pretty frequent when you are trekking through Olympic National Park in Washington. On my first day in the park, I went hiking on the Marymere Falls Trail. Because of the rain, the greenery was even more striking and there was an enchanting fog that surrounded the forest. The hike was fairly easy, it was about a mile long uphill climb. When I reached the waterfall, there were a few viewpoints where I sat and enjoyed the beautiful view for a bit. This trail was a great scenic hike and an exceptional way to start out my trip to Olympic National Park!
